Specialist speech and language therapy for children and young people with needs across language, learning, and emotional wellbeing
I'm Erryn, a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist with over 12 years' experience supporting neurodivergent children and young people. I take a strengths-based, affirming approach focusing on what helps, not what's 'wrong.'
What I Offer
EHCP Assessment Reports
Thorough, tribunal-ready assessments that clearly set out a child's strengths and the support that would make the biggest difference from a focused ‘Foundation’ assessment through to a full ‘Keystone’ assessment.
Therapy & Intervention
One-to-one and block therapy sessions tailored to each young person's communication profile, delivered at a pace that works for them.
Parent & School Coaching
Practical, collaborative coaching for parents and school staff, so the strategies that help at a session also work at home and in the classroom.
Training
Training for schools and professionals on supporting neurodivergent communication needs, drawing on 12+ years of specialist clinical experience.
Who I work with
If you're a parent or carer : I work with children and young people (up to age 25) who are neurodivergent (including Autism, ADHD and developmental language disorder (DLD)), executive functioning difficulties, or social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
If you're a SEND solicitor or local authority : I provide independent, tribunal-ready EHCP assessment reports, plus delivery of any therapy provision named in the EHCP.
If you're a school : I offer staff coaching and training, plus delivery of therapy provision across universal, enhanced, and direct levels of intervention.

About Me
I'm Erryn, a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist with over 12 years' experience across the NHS and private practice. I work with children and young people up to the age of 25 whose needs span language, learning, and emotional wellbeing, including neurodivergence, developmental language disorder (DLD), executive functioning difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
I take a strengths-based, neurodivergent-affirming approach, focusing on what helps rather than what's "wrong", whether that's through assessment, therapy, or coaching parents and school staff
Why "Keystone Communication Therapy"
The name comes from architecture. A keystone is the central stone at the top of an arch, it’s the piece that locks everything else in place and holds the whole structure together. Without it, the arch would fall. Communication is our keystone: it underpins learning, relationships, identity, independence, and self-advocacy. I've chosen "Communication" over "Speech and Language" because the children and young people I work with have a wide range of needs — from non-speaking or minimally speaking children, supported through a total communication approach, through to those whose difficulties show up more subtly in social communication, understanding language in context, or expressing emotions, often alongside neurodivergence, SEMH, or executive functioning difficulties. The name reflects that broader picture.
